$20 Mowing Special
Limit one mowing per customer. No Obligation. Most residential lawns up to 10,00 sq ft.
What to expect:
In about 1-3 business days we will come to your house and:
- Mow all grass areas (we use mulching blades)
- Trim along the house and bed areas with a string trimmer.
- Blow off the sidewalks, driveway and patio.
Please note: If the bed edges have not been maintained we will do the best we can to trim around them. We offer power edging for the sidewalk and driveway edges at an additional charge.
The $20.00 special assumes that regular lawn mowing has taken place. If the grass is higher then 6 inches tall we will not perform the $20 special. We will call you with an estimate to perform the service and will not perform service until approval is given.
There is no need for you to be home the day of the service. We will leave an estimate to continue future service and will send you a bill. Your salesperson will follow up with you a few days after the service is completed to answer any questions that you may have. If you would like us to continue servicing your lawn, please sign the agreement that comes with the estimate and send it back to us.

$35 Lawn Treatment Special
Limit one treatment per customer. No Obligation. Most residential lawns up to 10,000 sq ft.
What to expect:
In about 1-3 weeks we will come to your house and:
- Our technician will perform a free turf analysis
- The technician will apply the appropriate application of fertilizer and/or weed control based on the turf analysis and the time of year.
There is no need for you to be home the day of the service. We will leave an estimate to continue future service and will send you a bill. Your salesperson will follow up with you a few days after the service is completed to answer any questions that you may have. If you would like us to continue servicing your lawn, please sign the agreement that comes with the estimate and send it back to us.
